Collection: Language of Flowers

It is easy to forget how connected we've always been to the world around us. For centuries we've assigned meaning and lore to the natural world around us and, in doing so have divined ways of understanding ourselves. Language of Flowers explores that innate desire to mine meaning from our surroundings to uncover truths about ourselves.

Each piece is made to order from cast architectural gypsum. As such, variations in colour and form are expected. Even though each piece comes from the same handmade mould, I take great care in altering and finishing each piece as needed. No two pieces are exactly the same and I very much like it that way.
